Fritze(*) because in coatings Fritze is at the top” – this is the translation of the famous slogan of FRITZE LACKE, a Viennese brand that has a history of almost 110 years. The Logo, which was drawn by the well-known painter Adolf Karpellus represents a young painter’s apprentice who has slipped on the freshly painted floor, his arms and legs stretched far away – he made a “Fritzelack”. This expression has even prevailed in the Viennese colloquial language and is used when an athlete makes a spectacular fall. Due to its long history and tradition the Austrian post dedicated a special stamp to FRITZE LACKE in 2016.

The packaging design will be reworked and turned into a fresh, light and modern style – fitting to the playful soul of the brand. The overall concept will simplify the system and structure of the portfolio in order to help customers finding the right product.

New printing materials, a new product catalogue and a new product presentation will positively contribute to the company image on the market.
