At KANSAI HELIOS, we have taken an important step toward modernizing and streamlining our internal communication. We have developed a unified intranet that now serves as the central digital platform for internal information across all group companies around the world.
The new intranet was designed as a clear, modern, and user‑friendly environment that brings together essential news, announcements, and relevant resources in one place. Its purpose is simple: to improve access to information, strengthen connectivity, increase transparency and visibility across departments, and make everyday work easier for all employees.
One of the major advantages of the new platform is its accessibility. The intranet can be reached through both a web browser and a mobile application, ensuring that every employee – whether working in production or in the office – has equal access to important information.
The platform also supports personalized notifications. Each employee can choose which updates they want to receive and when they want to read them. This significantly reduces internal emails, eliminates long message chains, and creates more time for meaningful, content‑driven work – one of the key objectives we are now successfully achieving.
During development, special attention was given to data protection and information security. The system meets strict security standards and provides a reliable digital environment where employees can confidently access tools and information.
