Ansova’s advanced powder‑coating line significantly increases throughput. To ensure this high level of performance, tailor‑made polyester powder coatings are applied. They offer optimized reactivity, excellent adhesion, smooth flow, and strong hiding power – even at elevated substrate temperatures. In addition, energy‑efficient curing at 140°C further lowers environmental impact. The line’s success is driven by a large curing oven for uniform temperature stability, a 3‑meter traverse height, and doubled hanging capacity. This allows larger steel structures to be coated with higher productivity. Streamlined logistics ensure smooth material flow across pretreatment, application, and curing. Sustainability is reinforced through Ansova’s Circulayer Coating, which integrates KANSAI HELIOS Green Powder formulated from recycled and renewable materials such as PET bottles.
