KANSAI HELIOS Austria opens its new state-of-the-art warehouse
In line with the growth strategy of the KANSAI HELIOS Group, a significant investment in the European market has recently come to operation. After two years of construction, our production facility KANSAI HELOS Austria officially opened the state-of-the-art finished goods warehouse on its premises in Vienna, which was celebrated with employees, customers and partners last week.
The opening of the warehouse marks an important milestone in our Group’s strategy of sustained growth while adhering to our sustainability objectives,” stated Dietmar Jost, President and Executive Director of the KANSAI HELIOS Group. “This investment by KANSAI PAINT, once again underlines their confidence and trust in us as their European competence center and is also a strong commitment to our European operations.
The newly opened warehouse meets the latest safety regulations and sustainability standards. Its roof is equipped with a photovoltaic system that supplies approximately 20% of the location’s annual electricity needs. Spanning 7,200 square meters, the facility offers space for around 7,800 euro-pallets, catering to the demands of a continuously expanding company.
