Building Trust Together: KANSAI HELIOS launches Compliance and Integrity Month
This November, KANSAI HELIOS Group is pleased to launch its annual Compliance and Integrity Month, an initiative dedicated to reinforcing our commitment to compliance and integrity in everything we do. As our global presence continues to expand, this initiative has become increasingly essential. It provides an opportunity to bring together teams from different companies, countries and regions and highlights the importance of our fundamental standards and shared values. These foundations guide us and ensure that we remain true to who we are, regardless of where we work or the challenges we face.
The theme for this year’s initiative, “Every Action Counts, Every Decision Matters. Building Trust Together”, serves as a reminder that every action, no matter how small, contributes to our collective responsibility. Each decision we make, can have an impact on the company, its reputation, and relationships with stakeholders. Trust, alongside Transparency and Transformation, is one of the key components of our Compliance Program and serves as the central theme of this year’s initiative.Through various of engaging activities and training sessions, we aim to deepen our understanding of the role trust plays in the corporate environment. We believe that trust, both within and beyond our organization, is built on compliant and ethical behaviour, transparency, and shared responsibility. This foundation of trust and credibility is embodied in our Code of Conduct, which serves as a compass to guide our decisions and ensure we make the right choices.

As we move through Compliance and Integrity Month, let us recognize that trust is an ongoing commitment reflected in every action and decision we make. By fostering a culture of trust, we aim to create a framework that goes beyond mere compliance with legal requirements. Together, we can contribute to building a more ethical and sustainable future.
At the start of the Month, our Group Management Board members reinforced the message that building trust is a shared responsibility, with each of us playing an important part. Through a short video, they highlighted the significance of our Code of Conduct and illustrated key areas that demand our highest ethical standards.
