Doing Right, Right Now: A Month Dedicated to Compliance and Integrity

Compliance and Integrity Month 2025 is being launched for the fourth time this November as a well-established initiative within the KANSAI HELIOS Group, reaffirming our commitment to compliance and integrity. Under the theme “Doing Right, Right Now,” this initiative highlights the importance of making right decisions in the moment, even when faced with pressure, uncertainty, or complexity.

The theme reflects our stance that integrity is not a matter of convenience, but a daily practice. For us, Doing Right, Right Now means turning our principles into action: keeping our promises, owning our actions, building trust through honesty, integrity and transparency and speaking up when something does not feel right. Every decision, large or small, is an opportunity to demonstrate who we are as individuals and as a company.

Throughout the month, employees are invited to participate in a variety of activities designed to inspire reflection, dialogue, and action.

A key highlight is the launch of a new training module, Compliance and Ethics in Action, which presents real-world scenarios from our industry. Tailored for both employees and managers, the training challenges participants to navigate dilemmas, consider diverse perspectives, and choose the right course of action.
